Tender description
The Locality Community Health Development and Improvement Services (LCHDIS) shall use a community development approach to build community capacity, increase social capital and strengthen individual and community resilience. The overall aim of the service is to reduce health inequalities by primarily focusing on the wider determinants. There shall be a secondary focus on promoting healthy lifestyles and protecting health within communities. The Locality Community Health Development and Improvement Services are provided on an area basis and will be procured in 3 lots, 1 for East North East Leeds, 1 for South and East Leeds and 1 for West North West Leeds.
