Tender description
Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council would like to invite to tender suitably experienced providers to bid for a new Wellness Service to ensure the health and well-being needs of Knowsley residents. The contract duration will be for an initial term of 2 years with up to 2 x 12 month options to extend and will commence on 1.4.2017. With this in mind the specification is sectioned into the following areas: Area 1. Single Point of Access –Healthy Knowsley Hub; Area 2. Targeted 1-1 support -Health Trainer Service; Area 3. Increasing Community Capacity -MECC Plus Training; Area 4. Primary Aged Children and Families Programme; Area 5. Adult Weight Management Programme.
