Tender description

Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council are inviting tenders to provide the Derbyshire and Derby City Dementia Support Service. The range of services to be included within 2 independent contracts (Lot 1 — Derbyshire County Council and Lot 2 — Derby City Council) are to enable easy access to appropriate information and advice for individuals with dementia and their carers, to develop a range of community groups and to facilitate peer support networks. We are seeking providers with a proven track record of managing and delivering high quality services alongside health and social care partner agencies, to clients eligible to receive these particular services. The successful organisation or consortium will be required to evaluate and evidence the impact of service delivery on the lives of clients living in Derbyshire and Derby City. Interviews will be held on Monday 4.7.2016 and Tuesday 5.7.2016.
