Tender description

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wishes to conduct a market soundings exercise with interested participants to explore commercial options in relation to the future operation and maintenance (as well as supply and installation) of a gymnasium facility at Lough Moss Leisure Centre, Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, BT8 8HR. The Council anticipates that it will procure a service provider who is capable of supplying and installing appropriate gymnasium equipment for the facility to operate, as well as operating the gymnasium on a daily basis to include classes and other programmes. Further detail will be provided in the market soundings document which can be obtained from the contract point(s) listed herein. Responses to at the market soundings should be provided within 3 weeks of publication of this notice.
