Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (GG&C) require suitably qualified and experienced Grounds Maintenance contractors to undertake grounds maintenance across the GG&C estate. The Grounds Maintenance contract will provide a comprehensive soft and hard landscaping maintenance service including but not limited to grass cutting, weed control, tree, hedge, shrub and flower bed maintenance, tree surgery, litter picking, litter bin emptying and winter gritting at various sites within GG&C. All prospective contractors must be able to provide all the above services, either directly, and/or by subcontractor provision, or via a consortium bid. The new tender will be split into 3 geographical Lots, including Partnerships, with one contractor on each lot: Lot 1: Glasgow South and South Lanarkshire. Lot 2: Glasgow North and East Dunbartonshire. Lot 3: Clyde (West Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde).
