Tender description

Westmeath County Council (‘the Contracting Authority’) is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary team to design and oversee a public realm project within the town centre of Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland. The team will be led by a Consulting Engineer with Urban Design Experience and will provide relevant Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Archaeology, Ecology, Traffic Management / Planning, Quantity Surveying and all other consultancy services required in respect of design and implementation of the Mullingar Street Enhancement Project. The project includes public realm improvements as outlined in the Consultant's brief that accompanies this tender. The team will engage in consultation with the public, elected members and key stakeholders, they will deliver a successful Part 8 planning application, appoint construction contractors and they will guide the project through construction to delivery.
