Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, intends to invite tenders for the supply of Utilities Management Software, Metering and Ancillary Services provisions for all utilities (including but not limited to gas, electricity, water & liquid fuels). Tenders will also be invited for the provision of Meter Operator Provider services including Data Collection/Data Aggregation services for all Half Hourly Customers. There will also be provisions for metering services, including sub-metering for all metered utilities (including but not limited to gas, electricity, water & liquid fuels) The exact details of the contractual arrangements and whether these requirement will be split into further lots has yet to be determined and may be subject to change. The values noted below are estimated and for guidance purposes only. These estimates are based on an approximation of potential public sector utility supply points (covering gas, electricity, water and bunkered fuels) and are based on CCS current customer records. The estimates provided do not factor in potential future site acquisition or disposal, or the quantity of meters fitted with automatic meter read or telemetry hardware. Crown Commercial Service will be hosting Supplier engagement sessions with dates to be confirmed.
