As part of Network Rails overall Reward & Benefits strategy, we are tendering our Cycle to work salary sacrifice scheme. The tender is required to ensure due diligence is conducted, to ensure Network Rail receives value for money, and to ensure we benefit from the latest innovations in the market. The scope covers — Full communication strategy, including awareness days and various other initiatives across NR sites nationally to advertise the Scheme, this must include promotion of adaptable bikes — Online authorisation process (no vouchers) — Online catalogue of branded and quality bicycles covering the full range including road, mountain, foldable and electric bikes — Online management of all the payments from application to the transfer of ownership ensuring compliance with legislation. Ownership of compliance will be with the provider — Opportunities of complementary after-sale services — Additional innovation that the supplier can provide We would expect the successful supplier to be able to support our cycle window opportunities which will be run in Spring 17, Autumn 17 and Spring 18).
