TS15008 - Collaborative Agreement for an Externally Hosted Card Management and Host Operator or Processing System(s) and Associated Services

Tender description

Tenders are being invited for the provision of an Externally Hosted Card Management and Host Operator or Processing System(s) and Associated Services for Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council. The Solution should be installed, tested, accepted by both councils and fully operational by 31st March 2017. This is due to the expiration of the existing contract and business needs. The councils require the successful Tenderer to: • Provide and manage an externally hosted Solution; • Have an ITSO certified Solution; • Capture and process data for applications, renewals and cessation of concessionary and commercial travel cards and usage of these cards; and • Provide management information from the Solution. The Contract shall be for 7 years from the Acceptance Date, but with an option for either Party to terminate for convenience, with 6 months’ prior written notice, any time on or after 3½ years after the Acceptance Date. This requirement has not been separated into lots as the councils have a single requirement for seamless integration, generation of efficiencies and the primary contractor having full responsibility for delivery of the Solution.
