Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a Contract for the supply of door parts for use in the maintenance of bus and coach vehicles on an as required basis for a three year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract(s) for a further period of 12 or 24 months. In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for this contract, suitable qualified interested parties must complete and submit the PQQ provided. The intention will be to arrive at a Tender Panel of potential suppliers for formal Invitation to Tender (ITT), against the requirement and Conditions of Contract. It is intended that following PQQ evaluation, and depending on the quality of details submitted, that at least five (5) entities will be invited to submit formal Invitation to Tender documents. Following receipt of tenders, Bus Eireann may negotiate as necessary with one or more tenderers and will award the contract the most economically advantageous offer received.
