SUPPLIER MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT FOR BARTLETT PARK INCLUSIVE PLAY FACILITIES (REF CLC4987) PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT ADVERT. THIS IS AN INVITATION TO ATTEND A SUPPLIER MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD OF THE ABOVE PLAY AREA. Bartlett Park is a key piece of large green open space situated in Poplar, London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Whilst the park is well used for football related activities, it caters poorly for other uses due to a combination of lack of facilities, fractured layout and poor accessibility. The Purpose of this event is to inform the market of the Council's intent to tender for the Design and Build of the Bartlett Park Inclusive Play Facilities.. Date of event: Friday, 21st October 2016 Interested suppliers should register their interest in attending the event by filling in the online questionnaire. Time: 10am – 1pm Venue: Victoria Park Hub Building Entrance via: St Marks Gate, Cadogan Terrace E8 5HT (see attached location map).
