Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is an indication of a potential future procurement but is not a call for competition and is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. Any procurement will be the subject of a later OJEU Notice. The service will include Leisure Management Services; the development, operations and management of sporting and physical activity throughout the district and with up to £1.5 million capital investment by West Lindsey District Council to improve facilities at West Lindsey Leisure Centre (WLLC) and for the design build and delivery of a new dry sports facility. The contract period will be for an initial 10 year period and at the discretion of the Authority, subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for up to a further 5 years. The service includes the development of a sustainable network of leisure facilities and activities available to residents, contributing to health and well being in the district through a single integrated service. The procurement will not be offered in lots. The expectation is for a single whole network transfer on a leasehold basis from 01 June 2018. The council is holding a market interest day on the 14th November 1000- 1400 hours, at which it will be possible to view the existing facilities.
