Homecare services will provide a support service for older people in their own home or residence. Community Care services will provide a support service [which may include personal care, domestic support and/or housing support] for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, older people including those affected by dementia and people who are or have been subject to the Criminal Justice System, in their own home or other local locations, as required.
