Single Party Framework Agreement for Supplier of Traffic Cones for Dublin City Council 2016-2019

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for three years, for the supply of Traffic Cones. It is 'anticipated' that a contract of one year’s duration will be entered into with the successful framework member although this will be subject to demand and budget availability. Following expiry of this contract, matters such as supplier performance and the continued strategic appropriateness of the agreement will be assessed in order to determine whether subsequent contract(s) will be placed. Prices will be fixed for the first year of this framework agreement and will be adjusted thereafter in accordance with the Industrial Producer Price Indices for Plastic (Nace Code 22) (baseline date is the latest date for submittal of this tender) The City Council is unable to state the quantity of any product that will be required for the duration of this framework but for the past two years 2014 and 2015 approximately €62,000 was spent on Traffic Cones. Appendix 2 ‘The Specification’ document on etenders contains the main type of cone required at present.
