Tender description
This is a Contract Award Notice. This tender was to appoint an experienced service provider to provide Catering Services for the following campus outlets: — An Bhialann, an 720 seat restaurant incorporating a food hall, — Separate branded coffee and Bespoke sandwich operations, — Adjacent café. This is a service concession contract, in that the successful economic operator will be rewarded for the delivery of the required services through access to the opportunity to operate the catering services described.
