Tender description

The London Borough of Camden (LBC) seeks a suitably experienced organisation to operate, clean and maintain public conveniences at up to six sites across the LBC for ‘zero to minimal’ cost to the LBC. The sites vary in size and condition. At present there is no funding for a service; it is considered that organisations could provide a service using a number of methods, such as but not limited to ‘pay to use’ options, advertising, sponsorship, partnerships, or other revenue generating opportunities. We are keen to receive your proposals. If the best solution incurs a cost to the LBC then it is expected that the tender response includes proposals on how the LBC could gain funding to cover the cost. The provision of public toilet service will include a licence to the facilities and run for seven years, with three extensions of one year available. This procurement is being undertaken as a competitive procedure with negotiation in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
