Replacement of old air handling system and controls at the Prince Regent Swimming Complex in Brighton. Appointing a specialist mechanical and eledctrical consultant to undertake full design specification, project management, CDM responsibilities including preparation of tender documents, analysis and clarification of tenders, site inspections, issue of payment certificates, overview of commissioning and review of O and M manuals and record drawings. Direct awarded with waiver CP 152 to Waterfield, Odam & Associates who have previous working relationship and site experience - including working knowledge of requirements. Negotiated rates for best vfm.
