This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is an indication of a potential future procurement but is not a call for competition and is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. Any procurement will be the subject of a later OJEU Notice. The service will include Leisure Management Services; the development, operations and management of sporting and physical activity throughout the district and with up to £1.5 million capital investment by West Lindsey District Council to improve facilities at West Lindsey Leisure Centre (WLLC) and for the design build and delivery of a new dry sports facility. The contract period will be for an initial 10 year period and at the discretion of the Authority, subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for up to a further 5 years.
