Tender description
Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de terrassement, de voirie, de réseaux et de génie civil pour l'aménagement du jardin argenté de la ZAC du Moulon, sur la commune de Gif-sur-Yvette. Cet aménagement est réalisé en lieu et place de l'actuel jardin de l'IUT d'Orsay. Les travaux consistent en la réalisation et l'aménagement des espaces suivants: — un bassin de rétention des eaux pluviales et les ouvrages d'assainissement s'y afférant (volume estimé d'environ 1000 m3), — un parvis pour l'ECS en pavés bétons carrossables, — un quai donnant accès au jardin depuis la rue Noetzlin en béton non carrossable, — une passerelle piétonne.
