The Council is seeking to appoint (1) one suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake design of new or refurbishment communal boiler/heating schemes and lift refurbishment schemes at numerous sites within Stevenage. In addition the consultant will assist Stevenage and their procurement advisor in the procurement of suitable contractor(s) to delivery the works and will also provide contract administration duties on the contract(s) once awarded.
