Tender description

The Fareham & Locks Heath Complex Service will deliver a range of care and accommodation based support activities to people with learning disabilities. This contract will deliver specialist support work, under a combination of the fluctuating needs, health related issues and communication needs, along with autism spectrum needs and other assessed social care needs to clients in the Fareham and Lock Heath area. The contract will start on 31.10.2016 and will end on 30.10.2017 initially. There will be an option, at the Council's sole discretion, to extend the contract for a further period of up to one year, giving a maximum contract length of 2 years in total if the extension is taken up. The Fareham and Locks Heath Complex Service will provide specialist support work, under a combination of the fluctuating needs, health related issues and communication needs, along with autism spectrum needs and other assessed social care needs to clients in the Fareham and Lock Heath area. This is based on a 1 year contract, with an option (at the Council's sole discretion) to extend the contract for a further period of up to one year, giving a maximum contract length of 2 years in total.
