Bristol City Council undertook a mini competition as a part of the West of England Housing Delivery Framework in September 2015. United Communities working with Bristol Community Housing Foundation and HAB Housing were selected by the Council as the preferred delivery partners. The Council is entering into a contract with Bristol Community Housing Foundation, HAB Housing Limited and a Special Purpose Vehicle called Dunmail 2017 to deliver this scheme, rather than United Communities and Bristol Community Housing Foundation alone. Alongside this change to the procurement process, we have also negotiated the amendments of some of the requirements in the model development agreement and Design Guide made available at the time of the mini-competition.
