COV - Demolition Framework

Tender description

Framework for an initial two year period, with the option to extend for two further 12 month periods (dependent on performance and requirement), with a maxium framework period of four years for demolition works. The requirements of the framework will be split into two lots: Works estimated up to £50,000 (Lot 1) and Works estimated over £50,000 (Lot 2) All future works under either lot will be subject to a further mini competition and evaluated on the same criteria on which this framework has been awarded.
