Consultant to design and deliver Emergency Planning Training and Exercises - September 2016.

The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Consultant to design and deliver a series of four (4) linked training events to include: a half day BECC Link Officer training session, a half day emergency management training session for senior management, an Emergency Control Centre Command Post Exercise, and a half day table top exercise for the Council’s strategic level management. The contract will initially be for a period of five (5) months commencing on the 21st of November 2016. There may be an option for the successful organisation to also deliver the Emergency Planning Training and Exercises in 2018, at the discretion of the London Borough of Sutton. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal. Prospective bidders are advised to register their interest by going to https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any quotation. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted. Deadline for submission of a completed Quotation Questionnaire is 12:00 hours on Friday 14th October 2017.
