Tender description

Scottish Enterprise (SE) is Scotland's main economic development agency and aims to deliver a significant, lasting effect on the Scottish economy. SE has 13 office locations throughout Scotland. These are located in Aberdeen, Bellshill, Clydebank, Dumfries, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow (2 offices), Glenrothes, Kilmarnock, Paisley, Selkirk and Stirling. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) process will establish a single contract for the provision of Cleaning, Waste Management and Security Services for all of these offices. The contract duration is 4 years and it is anticipated that the contract will have a starting date of 1.10.2016. SE has estimated that the total value of this commission over its maximum duration of 4 years will be between 1 200 000 GBP and 1 800 000 GBP excluding VAT. This is based on an estimated annual value of between 300 000 GBP to 450 000 GBP excluding VAT. Suppliers should submit their completed tender submissions through the secure postbox on Public Contracts Scotland no later than the stated deadline.
