Tender description
Falls of Shin Community Project are seeking expression of interest for catering and retail lease at the new Falls of Shin visitor attraction. Falls of Shin Community Project WILLIAM Gray Construction is starting work on the project this month, with the building set to open next year. During this phase of the project, an operator will be sought to lease and run the café and gift shop in partnership with the Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust. This offers a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of this new development at such a well-known site.
