A framework Agreement providing range of Soft and Hard Facilities Management services for schools and other organisations through the UK.# Services include but are not limited to: Soft FM: Janitorial / Cleaning / Waste / Maintenance / Building and asset management. Hard FM: Porterage / Technical Services / M&E Maintenance / Inspections and Maintenance. This Framework Agreement is open for use by the following users throughout UK: — Educational Establishments (including Academies), — Local Authority Councils, — Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies, — Registered Charities, — Registered Social Landlords.
