Tender description

ESB requires professional engineering services to deliver its management and development of ESB property projects up to 1 500 000 EUR CAPEX value (total project value excluding electrical/generation plant) in Ireland and the UK. The professional engineering services requirement is divided in to 5 lots: Lot 1 — Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Professional Services Lot 2 — Fire Engineering Professional Services Lot 3 — Disability Access Professional Services Lot 4 — Conservation Structural Engineering Professional Services Lot 5 — Assigned Certifier Professional Services Detailed scope of services and associated requirements will be provided at RFT stage to successful applicants. For the purposes of this procurement engineering professional services includes engineering and related profession, such as architects.
