Newcastle City Councils Youth Offending Team are looking to improve processes and information to improve outcomes for the youth of our City. We are looking to procure a Youth Offending Solution to help us realise our ambitions. The contract will be for a five year period with an option to extend for a further two years. We have detailed our requirements that we would like you to respond to and are looking to award the contract before the 31st October 2016.
