Tender description

The Company currently has several IT systems that deliver online learning, training planning and administration, knowledge checking, and competence management solutions to its own workforce, and for the wider industry. Network Rail employs c. 34 000 people, and the wider industry employs upwards of a further 150 000 people. The majority of these systems are stand-alone and not connected to the Corporate ERP (Oracle) system or other industry platforms. Network Rail requires an integrated Solution.
