TC012 Vulnerable Children's Independent Visiting Sevice Framework

Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for Vulnerable Children’s Independent Visiting Service Framework which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Authority requires the appointment of an Independent Visitor in respect of Bolton Looked After Children, and where it is assessed by social care that it would be in the child or young person’s (“the Child”) best interest to do so. The provision of the Service for Looked After Children will be considered in accordance with the needs of the Child and the process will be influenced and led by the Child’s needs. All children in care have the right to an Independent Visitor.
