Tender description

This service is to provide a high quality, accessible employability provision for Service Users who have complex needs. The service will provide the necessary advice and support to Service Users at the commencement and progression through the Scottish Government's Strategic Skills Pipeline. The service is to increase the employability of Service User by providing employability skills (communication, action plan, goals, education, volunteering and work experience) which are delivered as individual / group / classroom based mediums. Service Users will typically be those in recovery from or living with issues which create barriers to employment and which complicate the likelihood of effective engagement by other services to meet their employability needs. These include substance misuse; homelessness; or offending background; and may include significant psycho-social issues or complex trauma. The Council is inviting interested organisations to apply for this contract by noting interest on Public Contracts Scotland, completing the European Single Procurement Document and a Tender Submission.
