E-Scheduling Project. Norfolk Community Health and Care wish to explore the benefits of e-Scheduling software and how it may help facilitate effective allocation of community nursing and therapy visits to housebound patients across Norfolk and parts of Suffolk. In order to explore the market and build an understanding of software packages, suppliers are invited to provide supporting documentation to the Procurement lead for this project — including a brief overview of your system, its capabilities and tentative user based and enterprise licensing costs. The Trust may or may not invite suppliers for further discussions or follow up meetings. The route to market and date for this Procurement is yet to be confirmed; however the Trust may look to utilise a framework agreement to procure this software. Suppliers are asked to provide information before close of play on Wednesday, 5.10.2016.
