Salon Towel Launder

Tender description

City College Plymouth houses a varied and vibrant Hair & Beauty department which has two salons. The main training salon “Creative Solutions” and the commercial Salon “Stars” allow students to gain hands-on work experience working with real clients. Currently, the towels and associated linen used by the salons is laundered in-house, which creates a heavy work-load for the technicians and staff. The College is tentatively seeking quotes for a laundry service to discover whether this would be a viable option. The initial contract period would be for one (1) year with the option to extend for a further 1+1+1 years to a total of four (4) years.
