Tender description

Barking and Dagenham Council wishes to commission a survey to gauge residents’ perceptions of the borough, their views on local services and to assess specific attitudes around issues where we may want to affect behaviours. We would like to commission an independent market research company to conduct this survey, ensuring the sample is representative of the demographics of our community and that the results show an overall margin of error of no more than +/- 3%.
