The Institute of Ophthalmology requires the production of GMP Monoclonal Antibody, as fully described in Schedule 1 of this tender. The budget for this tender is 2 million. However bidders are expected to offer bids for stage 1 and 2 under the value of 500 000. Suppliers that provide tender responses above this budget and stage limits will have their offers rejected.
