Tender description
1) Relocation of existing ESB Sub Station from the side of the building to within the retained part, including the demolition of the old substation enclosure, to suit the power-on date for the new substation. 2) Stripping out of existing cold store insulated linings and associated refrigeration equipment, including floor slab. 3) Dismantle and safely remove an existing gantry. 4) Demolition of existing ESB Sub Station and adjoining yard, removal of building services, and the conversion of the redundant ice plant complete with the overlaying of an existing defective roof with a new high performance single sheet membrane, together with additional insulation under and the removal of the existing cladding and its replacement with new insulated cladding. 5) The construction of a new pre cast concrete first floor to part of the building and the refurbishment of the interior of the building to form new ESB Sub Station, workshop, storage, office, canteen, changing rooms and toilets complete with new services and facilities.
