Tender description

Planned preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical plant and HVAC equipment in the various buildings at the Cranfield University Campus.  It is expected that this will be detailed as five (5) individual packages: (Lots) (Lot 1)      Boilers & Heating Plant on the University Campus (Lot 2)      Air Conditioning Units & Chillers on the University Campus (Lot 3)      Air Handling Equipment on the University Campus (Lot 4)      The Control Systems associated with the HVAC plant (Lot 5)      Other Services The University site at Cranfield (see map attached) is made up of approximately 80 buildings on the ‘Technical site’ and 180 buildings on the ‘Campus Services site’. The contractor will be responsible for maintenance and reliable operation of plant and equipment serving all these buildings.
