St Mungo's intends to obtain best value in energy procurement by establishing a framework agreement for the procurement of Energy. The Framework will be divided into 3 lots which are: Lot 1 — Half Hourly Electricity Lot 2 — Non Half Hourly Electricity Lot 3 — Gas Only Energy Suppliers with a valid UK electricity supply licence are eligible to apply to be included in this Framework Agreement, and individual Call Offs will be subject to mini competitions. Only Energy Suppliers with a valid UK Gas Licence are eligible to apply to be included in this Framework Agreement, and individual Call Offs will be subject to mini competitions. Energy Brokers with Supply Licences will not be eligible. Supply of Gas. The supply of 1/2-hourly electricity. Supply of non-1/2-hourly electricity.
