Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of maintenance support to CPI's Printable Electronics facility for Critical Equipment. The maintenance support services are to include but not limited to: — Servicing and repair of the specified equipment outside warranty, — Preventative maintenance contracts, — Ad-hoc servicing or maintenance, — Break down call-outs, — Supply of spare parts and consumables to support continuing operation of the equipment, — Supply of software support, — Onsite and remote vendor assistance, — Provision of Technical Training for Equipment Specified, — Upgrades and retrofits to enhance operating capability, — Any other technical support required to ensure the operation of the equipment which is not covered by the vendor warranty.
