Tender description
The Melbourn Building (former Tyco) is a former industrial facility located next to the Campus of CIT. Now in the possession of CIT. it has been previously refurbished for use by the college as an Exam Centre and Architecture Area and a mezzanine was constructed in the main factory. Fit out the existing mezzanine for use by CIT as an E Learning Centre. The current project is a fit-out on the first floor and some fire upgrade works on the ground floor as per the Architect’s Detailed Drawings which form part of the Work Requirements\Tender Documents.
