Tender description

Houghton Hall Park Landscape works, Restoration and Construction — Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the construction and restoration of Kitchen and Formal gardens, to include clearance, pathways, planting at Houghton Hall Park, Park Road North, Houghton Regis Bedfordshire. The designs are complete and a Bill of Quantities has been prepared. The value of the works is considered to be in the region of 700 000 - 740 000 GBP and is expected to start in February 2016 with an anticipated completion in spring 2017. Help and support The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
