Tender description

Lothian Health Board wishes to appoint an external provider to provide staffing resources to lead and support the management and delivery of its Internal Audit function. This will be a three year contract implemented from 29.8.2016. There will be a period of 2 weeks from 29.8.2016 to 9.9.2016, to facilitate implementation plan and handover with the incumbent supplier to ensure seamless service transition. The service shall be delivered under a co-source arrangement using both the contractor's staff and Lothian Health Board's own employees through an integrated operating model. The contractor's staff will be located within Lothian Health Boards current base at Pentland House, Robb's Loan, Edinburgh or as otherwise directed by Lothian Health Board from time to time.
