FRAMEWORK FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND REPAIR OF PITCHED AND FLAT ROOF COVERINGS

Tender description

South Tyneside Council and South Tyneside Homes wish to establish a framework agreement for the supply, installation and repair of pitched and flat roof coverings and associated components. The framework agreement will be divided into four lots as follows: - Lot 1 – Supply and installation of pitched roof coverings with associated components and building works over £250,000 Lot 2 – Supply and installation of pitched roof coverings with associated components and building works less than £250,000 Lot 3 - Supply and installation of flat roofing systems and associated products and repairs. Lot 4 – Repair and maintenance works to pitched and flat roofing structures and coverings. Tenders may bid for one or more lots. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 5 suppliers appointed to the framework for lots 1 – 3 and a maximum of 3 suppliers appointed for lot 4 dependent on the number and quality of bids received. This framework is intended for use by South Tyneside Council, South Tyneside Homes, and any other body wholly owned or controlled by the Council, together with South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust, South Tyneside Housing Ventures Trust Ltd and any member of NEPO – follow link for list of included bodies (http://www.nepo.org/about ).
