Tender description
Suffolk County Council is issuing this notice for the purpose of conducting a market engagement and information gathering exercise before conducting a formal procurement process for the construction of the projects for which a Contract Notice will be issued. This PIN is to instigate a Market Testing Event and does not constitute a call for competition to procure any goods, services or works. Suffolk County Council has been awarded 153 000 000 GBP to construct 4 river crossing in Suffolk. The project includes three crossings in Ipswich ‘The Upper Orwell Crossings’ and another Crossing in Lowestoft ‘Lake Loathing’. Both projects will each incorporate one lifting / opening structure to allow vessel access. Bridge Construction. Bridge Construction.
