Cumbria Community Learning and Skills (CLS) Service is responsible for the delivery of the Adult Education programme in Cumbria. The Community Learning and Skills Services is looking to develop a range of partnerships with subcontracted providers to help us increase our provision in specific curriculum and geographic areas not covered by our own community learning centres. There will be 16 Lots covering Community Learning Targeted Provision and Skills Provision in 6 areas (Carlisle, Eden, South Lakes, Barrow, Copeland and Allerdale).
