Planning Consultancy; Transport and Highways Consultants; Civil & Structural Engineers and Mechanical & Electrical. Procurement of planning consultancy services (including Community Engagement) to support NHH in their development programme. The services required are fully set out within scoping documents. Applicants for this lot should be able to deliver all of the services required. This lot is for provision of transport and highways consultants. Procurement objective is to create a framework of consultants to support NHH with their development pipeline.
