Tender description
Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health, learning disability and neuro-rehabilitation services to a population of 1.4 million, providing services across an area totalling 2,200 square miles. We are now one of the largest mental health and disability organisations in the country employing more than 6000 staff. We work from a number of sites across Northumberland, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Gateshead and Sunderland. The Trust are looking to procure a five year integrated Hard Facilities Management (FM) service contract, to deliver Hard FM services to approximately 41 of our community sites. Keywords: Maintenance
