Cornwall Council is seeking a VCSE Development Partner to work effectively with ourselves, the VCSE, local Town and Parish Councils and the private sector to support the development of social action in all our communities. It is anticipated that the successful bidder/provider could either be a single organisation or a consortium with a lead partner. The specific outcomes we want to achieve with the Development Partner are set out in draft specification (see Contracts Finder Notice). The outcomes have been developed based on evidence, research and best practice across the country. This has been combined with interviews and workshops with commissioners and stakeholders across our partners and with over fifty VCSE organisations.
