Tender description
Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) require a supplier to provide a Facilities Management service for the European Marine Science Park, Dunstaffnage, Argyll to support their efforts to let the building and create a thriving centre for Marine Science. Facilities Management Services for EMSP. It is expected that these services will be required from mid-October for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract conditions, with HIE having the option to extend for a further 1 year period. The 3 year budget currently available to deliver this service, including the provision of other items, is between 219 000 GBP and 234 000 GBP (excluding VAT). Please note that the total value given in Section II.1.5) and II.2.6) are the total value including all options.
